Simon Fuelber (GER): "We played against a strong opponent, so the match went roughly as we expected. We had the opportunity to try several game strategies and we used it as a chance to improve for the next game. The group stage was challenging for us because it was our first tournament, but I feel like we learned a lot. We had the opportunity to improve our strategy and we are looking forward to carrying that into the knockout rounds."

Karny Dhillon (IND): "We had already qualified for the quarterfinals, so the match was just to stick to our game plan and to make sure that we didn't get any injuries. Germany, just like us, is newly back, so they're working on their program and I'm sure they'll get much stronger. Great team to play with against, great sportsmanship, and we got through the game without any injuries and we'll move on to the quarterfinals."
