Ball Hockey, Music and Fun in One Place

The 2026 Ball Hockey World Championships will be about much more than just sport. Organizers have prepared an extensive entertainment programme that will transform Ostravar Arena and its surroundings into a vibrant hub of activities for fans of all ages.

Each day will feature concerts, autograph sessions, partner competitions, activities for children, fan zones, and opportunities to meet sports personalities. Visitors will be able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of a world championship both on and off the playing surface.

The highlight of the opening day will be a performance by legendary Ostrava singer-songwriter Jaromír Nohavica, who will perform the song Ostravo during the Opening Ceremony and later sing the Czech national anthem before the Czech National Team’s opening game.
